HR Administrator - FPG Foods

Description : HR Administrator. Company : FPG Foods. Location : Cape Town, Western Cape

The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Uniform:

· Assist the HR department with uniform orders and ensure that they are ordered on time

· Processed uniform order forms are to be submitted to the relevant payroll person.

Recruitment:

· Conduct reference checks, reject applicants, etc.

· Assist with the scheduling of interviews.

· Maintain recruitment records

Training:

· Maintaining training records (capturing of training registers for all businesses) on the HR system’s skills module.

Terminations, New Starters and transfers:

· Ensure that all documents for new starters, terminations or transfers reach Payroll on time.

· Prepare recruitment packs (drafting of contracts, & preparing HR checklists etc.)

· Ensure that all recruitment (vacancies & new starters) is recorded on HR monthly report.

· Issue new employee numbers to new starters

Electronic Filing:

· Compiling and maintaining electronic employee records.

· Keeping Employee electronic files up to date(capturing of all disciplinary Warnings and Hearings, IOD’s etc.)

HR Administration:

· Preparing of UIF Claim forms for Maternity leave and Terminations.

· Perform general administration duties for the Human Resources department.
